In accordance with the provisions of trademarks, industrial designs and patents Laws, the Minister of Justice has announced new official fees for trademarks, industrial designs and patents for the year 2021 which have been published in the official Gazette of Sudan issue no. 1917 dated 05 August 2021. A copy of the official Gazette is available on this link.
The new official fees have been implemented on August 8, 2021 and applied to all new and pending applications.
